He noted that the government was providing humanitarian assistance in the Amhara, Afar and Tigray states, but that the terrorist group had intervened on several occasions.

He said the government is committed to making international humanitarian assistance accessible.

However, the TPLF is publicly declaring that it is preparing for another invasion of neighboring Tigray states, and international journalists are also exposing it, he said.

Thus, he said, the terrorist group has repeatedly learned from its mistakes and is continuing its anti-people activities.

He said seed and fertilizer supply is being made available to farmers in war-torn areas. In Tigray, however, the terrorist TPLF continues to be an obstacle to its agricultural and humanitarian activities.

He said the terrorist TPLF was forcing people from children to the elderly to go to war in Tigray, adding that the international community should oppose and openly condemn the act.

He said the international community should support the government's efforts to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Tigray State.
