SEOUL, July 6 (Yonhap) -- Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se will travel to Ethiopia next week to attend a U.N. conference on development financing, officials said Monday.
The Third International Conference on Financing for Development will open in Addis Ababa next Monday for a four-day run, drawing high-level officials from U.N. member countries and international organizations.
Yun is scheduled to deliver a keynote address, during which he plans to share South Korea's success in raising funds for its own development, according to a Foreign Ministry official.
South Korea will also co-organize a side event together with UNESCO, Ethiopia and Norway on the importance of investing in education for development.
