Real estate construction project is going to be launched in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with four million Birr capital, according to Ethiopian News Agency.
The construction is to be undertaken by the joint venture of Sino Mark, Chinese private company and Ethiopia’s Saba Engineering Company. The real estate will have swimming pools, sport centers, trade area, children’s playground and green area.
The construction will take place around Gotera and there are going to be 21 buildings with a height of each over 20 floors, it was learnt.
President Mulatu Teshome while laying the foundation said real estate and similar projects accounted 12.5 percent to the domestic growth of Ethiopia in the last 10 years.
Director-General of Sino Mark, Yan Sin Li said the real estate will be constructed with high quality and French design.
He also added, the construction will take three years, yet his company can complete the work in two and half years.
