TVA and Sanu, both Chinese manufacturing companies, have concluded preparations to construct equipment manufacturing plants in the Horn of Africa nation, Ethiopia. The companies are opening the factories to meet the ever growing demand.
Representatives of the 2 Chinese firms met with Ethiopia’s Prime Minister, Haile Mariam Dessalegn, on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. They held discussions with the Premier on ways of expediting the project.
Hailemariam explained to the representatives the government will closely follow the project to solve any challenges the companies may face.
Once the manufacturing plants are constructed, TVA and Sany will be producing engineering machineries, wind turbines, and huge transformers for mining and construction purposes.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, Ethiopia-Huan Equipment Park in Adama city will house the companies.
