TPLF leadership commits to combat anti-democracy deeds

The Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) mid and low level leadership said that they are committed to combat anti democratic and unethical deeds immediately.
The participants, in their discussions for deep reform and evaluation held from 18 -23, November 2016, have assessed the outcomes and gaps recorded in peace, development, democracy and good governance achieved in the past 15 years.  
The Front’s mid-level leadership has deeply discussed gaps witnessed in the effort to prioritize public interest and ways to adequately fill these gaps.
It was noted that the participants have promised to exercise their authority and shoulder responsibility to serve the public appropriately and adequately by the rule of law. They also said that they are committed to combat anti-peace internal and external groups which are trying to destabilize the country.
Similarly, they have pledged to excel decision making and political performances in order to assure good governance for the wellbeing of their country as a whole.
They underlined these bureaucratic and unethical employees are becoming engines of mal-administration and shackles of good governance and need to be corrected with no time.
The front has also underlined to strengthen women and youth participation and benefits in all levels of development.
Walta has learnt that the front has decided and granted assurance to its readiness to commit for public satisfaction and strengthen effort to serve the public relentlessly and meet the needs of the public in all levels of the economic and political ladder for this purpose more than ever via the participations of the public at large.
