Ethiopian Airlines has signed a contract with AFI KLM E&M for component support services on 28 of its next-generation 737 aircraft.
The agreement with the African carrier will operate in the framework of the Components Services Program (CSP), the joint offering from AFI KLM E&M and Boeing specializing in 737 parts support.
The MRO said Ethiopian will have access to comprehensive support including component repair and fast-track access to its 737 spares pool.
It expands the partnership between the parties, with AFI KLM E&M already working with Ethiopian on engine and APU support.
Fabrice Defrance, AFI KLM E&M’s senior vice-president commercial, said: “We are guaranteeing effective support and transparent communication for Ethiopian. The airline appreciates the dedication of our workforce, who ensure the smooth operation of the CSP.” Read more here
