Williamson: Kenya will prevail past Ethiopia in Chan
Scot tactician remains hopefully that Harambee Stars have a good chance to reach the final of Chan to be held in Rwanda after they were drawn against Ethiopia
Harambee Stars coach Bobby Williamson believes the team can make it to next year's Africa Nations Championships (Chan) to be held in Rwanda.

Kenya has been drawn against Ethiopia in the first round of the qualifiers to be played ‎in June.
Speaking to Goal on Monday, Williamson said: “It is possible to make it to the Chan finals because we have a good team with us. Kenyan players are a fine lot and have what it takes to do well in this competition."
The Scott was in charge of Uganda Cranes when the team qualified for Chan finals five years ago and said his major concern is to be able to hang onto his best players. “When we did it with Uganda Cranes, it was difficult to do well in the event because we could not hang onto some of our best players who left for greener pastures after that."

The competition is restricted to home based players. The first leg of the qualifiers will be played between June 19 (Friday) and June 21 (Sunday) while return leg will be played between July 3 (Friday) and June 5 (Sunday).
Tanzania will face rivals Uganda, Djibouti tackle Burundi while Sudan got a bye to round one. Guinea Bissau will face Mali, Mauritania tackle Sierra Leone, Guinea face Liberia and Senegal tackle Gambia
